Agents Arcade may collect or store the following information when you use the app:

• Apple account sign-in information: When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. You may also choose Apple's private relay email feature.
• Gameplay data: Scores, match results, game preferences, unlocked content, in-game progress, and similar arcade activity may be saved so the app can show progress, leaderboards, and game history.
• CloudKit data: The app may use Apple CloudKit to store user profile records, score records, leaderboard entries, and weekly ruleset information.
• Support messages: If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or feedback.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate and improve Agents Arcade.
• Authenticate players using Sign in with Apple.
• Save progress, preferences, scores, and unlocks.
• Display leaderboards and game results.
• Respond to support requests and player feedback.
• Protect the app from fraud, abuse, or technical problems.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third-party advertisers in the current version of Agents Arcade.

Data may be processed by Apple services, including Sign in with Apple, CloudKit, iCloud, App Store systems, and device operating system services. Those Apple services are governed by Apple's privacy terms and user account settings.

5. Public Leaderboards

If leaderboard features are enabled, score entries or display names may be visible to other players. Do not use a display name that includes sensitive personal information.

6. Children

Agents Arcade is designed as a general audience arcade game. We do not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us at jaccorellc@jaccore.com.

7. Data Retention

We keep game and account-related information for as long as needed to operate the app, provide support, maintain leaderboards, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Support emails may be retained as business records.

8. Your Choices

You can manage Apple account, iCloud, and Sign in with Apple settings through your device and Apple Account settings. You may contact us to request help with account or data questions.

9. Security

We use Apple platform services and reasonable technical measures intended to protect app data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Agents Arcade changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
